The new VN range of industrial motors offers improvements and new features. The first new feature is a new plastic box that makes wiring the motor easier, because of the position of the front clip connector and the possibility of wiring access from three different angles. The second is a manned control centre (UP.VN) on-board single-phase models with quick release or manual override (VN.M20UP, VN.S20UP, VN.M40UP, VN.S40UP). The last of the improvements is the encoder and quick-connect wiring in the 1:20 single-phase and tri-phase gear speed reduction version with manual block or override (VN.S20ESW / VN.ST20ESW / VN.MT20ESW / VN.M20ESW).
The new THINKY control centre is available which, differently to the previous THINK model, is equipped with an integrated 433.92 MHz 64-code radio receiver with exclusive ARC coding, and is also predisposed for installation of a slot-in radio receiver. With the connectors for quick-connect wiring and management of the absolute encoder device, this new control centre is ideal for managing the new ESW series VN motors.
The control centre has an Autoset function for the settings and a password protection option to prevent system tampering by unauthorised persons, and is also available in the new XLB industrial box (THINKY.I) which has open, close and stop buttons with self-holding function, and tri-pole switch with incorporated door lock. Also available as an accessory is the compact LED flashing lamp, incorporated in the new box (XLB.L).
