New VN models for sectional and rolling industrial doors are equipped with a new plastic box that makes wiring the motor easier, thanks to the position of the front clip connector and the possibility of reaching three different positions with the wiring. In case of particularly easy installations, single phase models with quick release or manual manoeuvre also have a version with the integrated UP control unit for operation in deadman’s switch mode. (VN.S20 UP 7B / VN.S40 UP 7B/ VN.M40 UP / VN.M20 UP). The most important new feature for this range of automation devices is certainly the new encoder device in the VN.20 single phase and three phase versions with manual block or rescue manoeuvre. (VN.S20ESW / VN.ST20ESW/ VN.MT20ESW / VN.M20ESW). This device permits the regulation of the positions of the opening and closing limit switches on the door directly from the control unit.
In addition to this, the ESW version have a quick connect wiring system, to reduce and optimise installation time.
