In-house production and careful selection of the materials are key elements of our “doing automation”.Craftsmanship has evolved over the years to create space for industrial processes, enabling us to achieve many more of those objectives of excellence which form part of our DNA.
This year we will reach the great milestone of 40 years of in-house production, the result of tenacity, passion and ongoing investment. The promise of quality contained in our products is maintained daily through design work, choice of materials and control of the production processes. The assembly lines are organised by product family and equipped with a control system that monitors the code and the quantity of the product being assembled at all times.
To ensure that motors are compliant, significant final functional and electrical tests are conducted in line to check that the motor works properly under load. This has enabled us to obtain the important 100% made in Italy certification and ISO 9001 certification from TÜV Italy. The latter certifies compliance with international standards and confirms the company’s undertaking to safeguard the organisational system as required by the standard.
