ADVANTOUCH is a new touch screen device which facilitates the day-to-day operation and management of residential and industrial installations, even when they are very large or feature a large number of users or systems.
The system has numerous benefits over its predecessor, ADVANTAGE. ts 4.3” touch screen offers an intuitive interface with full information on system status. t is equipped with a brightness sensor for improved visibility in all conditions. t can also be used in standalone mode, without the need for a PC connection, thanks to the programmer's internal memory and option of USB expansions. (Figure)This allows the user to exchange system data directly between the device and USB drive.The USB drive connection can also be used to access the central menu, which contains the programmer's most innovative functions.
The central menu allows you to
- Read the memory of an integrated receiver:
- Write a list to the memory of an integrated receiver
- Configure the parameters and functional logic of a control box:
Update a control box's software:
The software update function is particularly innovative, since it allows the installer to run quick software upgrades even on existing and outdated installations.The dialogue between the programmer and connected systems enables the installer to file and manage his installations with ease, as well as access and edit their settings, logic and lists of transmitters at any time.
ADVANTOUCH also has the following exciting new functions:
- Manage the memory of compatible radio receivers, and add/remove radio transmitters. The memories of the radio receivers can be saved to editable lists;
- read and edit the codes of rolling-code transmitters;
- read the codes of programmable transmitters (this function was not available with ADVANTAGE)
- update the device's software via USB;
