In 2009, the Benincà group specialised in producing accessories and solutions for constructing swinging, sliding and free-standing gates, establishing HI-MOTIONS. This date also marked the beginning of Francesca Torresan's career. "I really like my job. In 15 years, I have seen the company grow every step of the way". At the beginning — she continues — there were few of us. Then, year after year, the company has grown, establishing in important markets, including the North American one". As she speaks, Francesca shows excitement because, after many years, she's finally ready to take a leave to focus on a personal project: welcoming her first child. "At work, we're like a tight-knit family, having grown together over the years. I have received tremendous support and have been treated like family, particularly in the last few months. Everything that the coming year holds is nothing but excitement, not only for me but also for the entire organisation." In 2023, HI-MOTIONS experienced a year packed with updates, participation in many trade shows, and significant growth. "My colleagues are diving into a bunch of new projects, and we're all geared up to kick off this year with heaps of enthusiasm. We're feeling the unity and strength of our team, which gives us a solid foundation to tackle whatever comes our way."
