Benincà Store is the point of reference for installers in the Vicenza area and beyond. The store, which was expanded over the years and has recently seen the complete refurbishment of the showroom, is situated in Sarcedo, just a few kilometres from the Sandrigo headquarters. As well as the sales team that visits customers and responds directly to all their requirements or requests for advice, there are two key people, Mauro Thiella, the front office representative for anyone requiring information and wanting to purchase and collect material, and Federico Agostini, who manages the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries. It wasn't easy to ask Mauro to give us a few moments of his time to speak about the store because there's so much to do and our customers are up early in the morning, but he did share some of his thoughts and gave us an insight into his world.
“I am Mauro and I have been working at Benincà for 20 years and Benincà Store since it was created. We are the point of reference for local installers so we start the day with a series of calls from installers asking us for information on the product, technical advice, or wanting to know whether items are available and many other requests. Customers phone us at all hours so we try to make sure we are always there." The role of the store goes beyond supplying material and also involves helping our customers choose the most appropriate models. In this way, Mauro explains, we can assess with them the setting in which the product is to be installed so we can get an idea of how to provide the best solution. “I interact with many people to do my job as well as possible and I know everyone at Benincà because I have covered many different roles over the years so this helps in terms of always providing the best answers. I have a personal relationship with many of the customers and am friends with some of them. For me working at Benincà is like being in a family."
