If there is a project in which Benincà firmly believes, it is Intreccio: an initiative conceived and promoted by the Head of Human Resources, HR Manager Anna Benincà, which brings together businesses and a third-sector organization with the aim of creating value and promoting local welfare through concrete actions.
Thanks to this synergy, a first important milestone was achieved with the opening of the Officina Creativa, a free play and learning space dedicated to the children of Automatismi Benincà employees (an initiative that, at this stage, cannot be extended to the rest of the Group). The space offers a rich calendar of activities and events designed for children and teenagers, as well as for adults, strengthening a sense of community and care for people.
The strong belief of HR Manager Anna Benincà in the value of the project led to the nomination of Intreccio for the Employer Branding Awards 2025, in the Well-being category. The Employer Branding Awards are a contest dedicated to organizations committed to promoting a people-centered work culture, based on the awareness that investing in employees means investing in the future and well-being of the company itself. The initiative also represents an important opportunity for discussion and comparison of best practices in people management, capable of enhancing employees while maintaining business productivity.
The project has generated significant interest and has enabled Benincà to reach the final, which will take place on February 20 in Turin.
